As it ferments, the tomatoes release their concentrated sweetness into the crumb, while the wild garlic infuses the entire loaf with a sharp, vibrant herbal aroma. When sliced open, the bread reveals a gorgeous speckled red and green interior with an incredibly soft, tender texture. It is a spectacular choice for building premium sandwiches, or simply dipping into a puddle of good olive oil.


📦 Storage & Reheating:
Wrap tightly in foil or store in a cool breadbox. To release the aromatic oils of the wild garlic and bring back that day-one shattering oven crust, warm your slices in a toaster or heat the entire loaf in the oven at 180°C for 5–8 minutes. Freeze-friendly!
