Our maximum texture loaf, crafted for true grain lovers. This rustic sourdough boule is packed inside and heavily crusted on the outside with a premium, robust six-seed blend of flax, pumpkin, sunflower, chia, black sesame, and white sesame seeds.
During the bake, the exterior seeds toast to a fragrant, nut-like crunch, while the interior seeds steam perfectly within the soft crumb. It offers a deeply complex, earthy flavor profile that stands up beautifully to rich toppings like smashed avocado, sharp cheeses, or a simple layer of salted butter.
📦 Storage & Reheating:
Wrap tightly in foil or store in a cool breadbox. To maximize the incredible aroma of the toasted crust, revive slices in the toaster or warm the whole loaf in the oven at 180°C for 5–8 minutes. Freeze-friendly!
