We fold a generous amount of plump, briny, hand-torn Kalamata olives into our traditional artisan dough alongside Herbes de Provence—a classic, aromatic botanical blend of rosemary, thyme, savory, oregano, and basil.
During fermentation, the natural oils from the olives seep into the airy crumb, creating an incredibly tender interior. When baked, the herbs release their fragrant oils into the crisp, blistering crust. This deeply aromatic loaf is the ultimate companion for extra virgin olive oil and balsamic dipping, rich pasta dishes, or a premium charcuterie spread.


📦 Storage & Reheating:
Wrap tightly in foil or store in a cool breadbox. To maximize the rich botanical aroma of the herbs and revive that day-one shattering crust, warm slices in a toaster or heat the entire loaf in the oven at 180°C for 5–8 minutes. Freeze-friendly!
