Signature Olive and Roasted Garlic Sourdough
A sun-drenched, Mediterranean-inspired masterpiece that balances complex savory notes with absolute precision. We take whole cloves of garlic, slow-roast them until sweet and jammy, and fold them into our traditional artisan dough alongside a premium, briny selection of sliced olives.
The natural oils from the olives seep into the airy crumb during fermentation, creating an incredibly tender interior, while the roasted garlic cuts through the rich brininess with its subtle, buttery sweetness. This loaf is deeply aromatic and makes a stunning accompaniment to olive oil and balsamic dipping, fresh charcuterie spreads, or a simple plate of roasted tomatoes.
📦 Storage & Reheating:
Wrap tightly in foil or store in a cool breadbox. To maximize the rich aroma of the olives and sweet garlic, warm slices in a toaster or heat the entire loaf in the oven at 180°C for 5–8 minutes to bring back that day-one shattering crust. Freeze-friendly!
