A magnificent, textured classic that perfectly balances tart fruit notes with an earthy crunch. We fold plump, juicy cranberries and deeply toasted, hand-cracked walnuts generously throughout our traditional slow-fermented artisan dough.
During the long fermentation process, the cranberries absorb moisture and plump up within the open crumb, offering bursts of vibrant sweetness that cut cleanly through the signature tang of our wild yeast starter. The toasted walnuts add a rich, buttery depth and an incredible texture to every single bite. It is a stunningly versatile loaf—spectacular for morning toast, a flawless base for a holiday brunch, or paired elegantly with soft cheeses like brie and goat cheese on a charcuterie board.


📦 Storage & Reheating:
Wrap tightly in foil or store in a cool breadbox. To maximize the rich aroma of the toasted walnuts and bring back that day-one shattering bakery crust, warm your slices in a toaster or heat the entire loaf in the oven at 180°C for 5–8 minutes. Freeze-friendly!
